Her advice to beginners is multi task, sense of humor and don't take any %$#^&&* from anyone. Favorite drink to make Vanilla Martinis. Two parts Stoli Vanilla vodka, one part creme de cocoa, lime on rim and powder sugar.

Here is a sample of Leslie using one of her favorite tools the martini shaker. Her other favorite tools are her glow stick and full action Jesus Christ action figure. Turn offs condescending people. I have to say she is very, very, very, very patient with customers no matter how they get a real rare trait and should be rewarded some day at the gate of heaven. As she puts it "Teflon Coating". Bilbo's Bar and Grill is a typical local bar on the west side of Las Vegas. Mostly sports theme Kansas City Chiefs with gambling at the bar.

Currently they have Pool tournaments on Tuesday and Wednesdays. Sunday and Mondays are for you guessed it football specials. Ladies Night is Tuesday 2 for 1 drinks. Great food and breakfast all the time.
